Our Niche
As a boutique executive search firm we have specific areas of talent acquisition expertise. For our Wall Street clients we focus on revenue producing sell side and buy side institutional/capital markets positions such as: Equity research, investment banking, sales and trading. On the corporate side we work on business development, corporate development, market intelligence, and investor relations roles. We are experts within the healthcare industry, especially within pharma & biotech. We also work in all sectors including sustainability, TMT, industrials, consumer and financial services.

Elliot Zgodny
Elliot has been with E. J. Lance since 1971. He has completed over 500 recruiting assignments across a broad spectrum of industries & sectors. Elliot holds a B.A. from Bradley University.
Benjamin Zgodny
Ben joined E. J. Lance in 2002. He has completed hundreds of recruiting assignments in a broad spectrum of industries and sectors. Ben holds a B.S. in Business Management from Quinnipiac University.
Shivanjali Singh
Shivanjali joined E.J. Lance in 2021 with an extensive talent acquisition and human resources background. Prior to E.J. Lance she worked at Korn Ferry. She holds a Masters of Business Administration from Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow, India.
CHRIS LEWIS
Chris originally joined E.J. Lance in 1997 and rejoined the firm in 2016 after several years in the medical devices industry. Chris is a graduate of SUNY Buffalo and City University, London.
